Returns Policy

What is your returns policy? We accept returns or replacements for defective or damaged-in-transit items. Please email orders@brewthcoffee.com within 5 days of delivery with your order number and photos of the item and outer packaging. Coffee & tea: fresh-roasted/packed to order, so opened bags aren’t returnable. Merch & accessories: must be unused and unopened to be eligible for return within 21 days of delivery (customer pays return shipping unless we made an error). What if my package is lost or stolen? If tracking shows Delivered but you can’t locate the package, check with household members/neighbors and your local carrier first. Then email orders@brewthcoffee.com —we’ll help with a carrier claim and work on a solution.

Shipping

How we ship Fresh coffee & tea: Roasted/packed to order. Most orders ship in 1–3 business days (occasionally up to 5 during peak times). Merch & accessories: Usually ship in 3–5 business days. Rates & regions USA: $4.90 shipping on orders under $50 Free shipping on orders $50+ International: Carrier-calculated rates shown at checkout. Duties/taxes are paid by the customer. Delivery timelines shown at checkout are estimates, not guarantees. Once an order is handed to the carrier, transit is outside our control. Tracking You’ll receive a tracking link by email when your order ships. Tracking may take up to 24 hours to update. Damaged or wrong items If your package arrives damaged or you received the wrong item, email orders@brewthcoffee.com within 5 days of delivery with your order # and photos of the item and outer packaging. We’ll replace or refund per our Returns & Refunds policy. Lost or stolen packages If tracking shows Delivered but you can’t locate the package, please check with household members/neighbors and your local carrier. If still missing after 48 hours, email orders@brewthcoffee.com and we’ll help file a carrier claim and work on a solution. Notes & exceptions We may use USPS, UPS, FedEx, or other reliable carriers at our discretion. International shipments can be delayed by customs; we can’t guarantee transit times outside the U.S.
