What is your returns policy?
We accept returns or replacements for defective or damaged-in-transit items. Please email orders@brewthcoffee.com within 5 days of delivery with your order number and photos of the item and outer packaging.
Coffee & tea: fresh-roasted/packed to order, so opened bags aren’t returnable.
Merch & accessories: must be unused and unopened to be eligible for return within 21 days of delivery (customer pays return shipping unless we made an error).
What if my package is lost or stolen?
If tracking shows Delivered but you can’t locate the package, check with household members/neighbors and your local carrier first. Then email orders@brewthcoffee.com —we’ll help with a carrier claim and work on a solution.
